what messengers eat

Ok. So I'm not a messenger any more. But I still want to eat like one. Now I don't have to ride my bike for a living and spend all my time off trying to recover I can really enjoy cooking some proper food. But I do want to stay the same size.

Eat
Sleep
Ride

it's the same but the priority is different.
I haven’t let it put me off :-D
I was hoping that it was because I was riding around for 9-10 hours a day 5 days a week that I was subject to a fair amount of lechery and terrible behaviour. Just through the sheer volume of time, but it seems not :-(
The not liking being overtaken though is quiet comical. Especially as I would have been just cruising at work most of the time. The poor guy would overtake me back, obviously suffering, then slow up. So the pattern would continue (with me maintaining a fairly constant speed) until he slowed me up in traffic and I’d have to leave him for dead.
There is one silver lining, sometimes they can hold the pace for a bit so I’d get a free ride (and I’d always thank them after).
